You can control a great number of things about your event, but weather is not one of them.  A tent can help you stay dry in the rain, cool during those summer days, and warm when you close it in. To calculate the tent size for your event, check out this inspiration post!   If that doesn’t help you narrow down the sizes, give us a call at 706-543-3486, we would be more than happy to help you. A 40' x 40' can seat up to 160 guests at one time, with just tables and chairs. 1600 square feet Price of the tent is just for the frame & top.  Add-ons are available, like pole drapes, lighting, chandeliers, and siding. Rental period is for one event, normally a Friday – Monday.  Please call for extended pricing! Delivery & pick up are $55 each way ($110 round trip) in ATHENS-CLARKE COUNTY.  Deliveries outside of Athens are based on distance from our store.  Please call for delivery pricing outside of Athens!
