Heat press settings:- temperature - 400 degrees F- dwell time - 3:00 - 3:30 minutes- pressure - mediumNote: The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results.Settings will vary depending on the heat press brand and model ink and paperand atmospheric conditions. Clamshell presses and pneumatic presses may not be ideal for this product.  Print the transfer right-reading not mirrored as the image will beviewed from the back of the product.Layer the press from the bottom pad to the top heat platen as follows:1. teflon sheet or scratch paper2. 2 or 3 layers of soft paper towel3. substrate4. transfer5. heating pad or thermal pad6. teflon or scratch paper
