A thumb slider on the side of the scoop lets you easily change the amount of ice the scoop holds from 8 Oz. to 16 Oz. and 24 Oz. And the two guards designed into the scoop protect against cross-contamination. Great for iced coffee or soda at beverage service stations, drive-thru windows or frozen beverage stations, the scoop saves time and provides greater consistency. A Guardian scoop holder with removable drainage cap and mounting kit is included to help your staff adhere to health code ice machine regulations.
