Both sides are food safe, however, to keep the engraving looking nice for years to come we recommend not chopping on the side with the engraving. Email us your corrections or final artwork approval. Once we receive your final artwork approval your cutting board will ship via USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 business days.Because these are personalized items, there are no refunds once you give final artwork approval. Variations in wood grain may cause some natural variation in engraving appearance. This is normal and not a defect.
