Synthrapol is an industrial strength, pH neutral detergent used as a prewash, afterwash or wetting agent for paint and dye. It helps prevent backstaining because of its unique characteristic of keeping loose dye particles in suspension. Use as a prewash to remove oils, starches and sizing from fabric. Prewashing reduces the risk of an uneven finish. Use as an afterwash to remove excess colour and prevent backstaining. Use as a wetting agent in a dye bath to increase dye penetration to help ensure and even finish. Available in -236ml944ml
