I just don't know. Is it some 1950s antifeminist thing? Or do they mean these names in a positive, Wiccan sense? Well either way, these patented little plastic needle threading contraptions, made in West Germany, work brilliantly. They come complete with a spike for your spool, and a thread cutter. I've only ever seen this one Witch --which has an instruction manual. Hexes, I have two. Not sure when or why they stopped making these.
