ANTIQUE Esterbrook 048 Falcon Pen Nib / Dip Pen Nib From late 1800s RARE!
Louis Art Supply - This very rare Esterbrook dip pen is more than 100 years old. Manufactured around 1915 in Camden, N.J., the Double Spring #126 is an unusually intricate steel nib with a large cut-out in the center and two stabilizing fins in the back. The chevron-shaped cutout allows the nib to flex in the middle, which reduces the pressure on the tip.

Louis Art Supply - The chrome-plated Radio Pen #939 is a smooth, left-cut stub with minimal flexibility. Line variation is achieved by changing directions, as with other stub nibs. The #939 is small enough to write on college-ruled paper, but bold enough to write brief correspondence or address envelopes. Left cut means the stub is angled for backwards-slanting handwriting, with the longer part of the italic stub on the right-hand side.
