Great for employees on the move, the Pacific Handy Cutter PSC2-700 spring-back pocket blue cutter provides unparalleled convenience in a compact, retractable design. To use, pull the blade shaft out from the side, swing it out, move the button forward, and extend the Safety Point blade into 1 of 3 positions. Then, use the built-in tape splitter for opening sealed boxes. When you're finished, retract the blade, and push the shaft back into the side of the handle. This keeps it easy to access while completely concealing the blade while not in use. It also tucks the blade away to reduce the cutter's overall size, making it easy to slip into a pocket.
