Wonderful antique Kraft or butcher paper cutter, dispenser, you would have found these in General stores, Butcher shops and other Mercantile stores across the country in the early 1900s. Holds a roll up to 20” wide roll of Kraft or butcher paper. Frame has holes in the legs to attach to a work surface or countertop and is missing one screw. Paper roller pin included. The frame is made of heavy duty cast iron with wood top and spring-loaded cutter bar. Perfect for your Craft Store or at home in your Craft Room. Circa, 1900-1920s Marked, none.
