Sailor Shikiori Marker Chushu
Sailor has created brush pens that mimic the colours of their renowned fountain pen inks. The ink colours of these Brush Pens are inspired by the four seasons in Japan. The colours are intended to evoke nature and the ink names translate to things like ‘cold winter’s day’, ‘moonlight on a snowy night’ and ‘campfire on a summer night’. The inks hues are subtly different to most western-style inks.
Sailor Shikiori Potsupotsu fountain pen ink is a medium toned purple, and was designed as a companion ink to the 2021 Sailor Sound of Rain Winter Rain lavender colored fountain pen. The 20ml glass bottle has a metallic gold cap that is faceted for easy opening.The Sounds of Rain inks are inspired by the different sounds that rain makes as it falls. Potsupotsu represents the cold pitter-patter of a brisk winter rain in the icy lilac color.
