Editor's Scissors. Wiss is well known for sewing scissors of all kinds but this #198 pair is described in a Wiss 1930's catalog as Editor's Scissors. A pair like this was the original 'cut and paste'. They are 8" in length and chrome plated steel. They have a worn look about them; there is some pitting in the chrome and some discoloration on the interior blades. The fulcrum is tight, the points are sharp and unbent, the extra long blades cut paper like a champ. They would make very classy and interesting desk scissors. They were manufactured in 1947 in the USA.
