Victorian antique gold and garnet pin brooch (item #1421542)

This fantastic snake is all pattern and smooth shiny gold. Hand crafted in England in about 1870, he has good slither. His head is set with two twinkling faceted, red glowing garnet eyes and a stream of 6 bright blue turquoise gems flows down his back. The brooch measures 38.2 mm wide and 21.4 mm from top to bottom.
