Fuse string between pistons when installing head gasket : Spitfire & GT6 Forum : The Triumph Experience

A short question, what kind of “fuse” string? The Moss video on head gasket installation recommends and demonstrates placement of the fuse. I bought the only kind i could find, toy cannon fuse at 3/32” diameter. Could thid be the right stuff?
