Answer (1 of 3): Firstly, Lego is designed to come apart. That being said, Almost all Lego is made from ABS plastic, with the exception of clear blocks and flexible parts. Any glue that works with ABS, construction adhesive will work, as well as ABS cement used by Plumbers.
