Hi Friends, I just came home from an amazing weekend away with a small group of girlfriends and thought I’d share some tips on how to enjoy Waco, Tx and some hidden gems you may not have read about before. This is my second trip… remember last years post Tips for a Trip to the Magnolia Market and Silos. Waco is lovely and everything Texas is so beautiful to me. I loved the warm weather, the sweet tea, the friendly folks you run into everywhere, and of course all things Chip and Jo! First stop?? I recommend an early start and heading straight to Magnolia Table for breakfast. We tried to be there by 7am each morning. Friday morning there was a 30 minute wait and Saturday morning ended up being a little over an hour wait. They have an adorable coffee shop where you can get a drink or snack while you wait for breakfast. We all tried different meals but I loved the french toast breakfast.
